James Hill (August 1, 1916 – January 11, 2001) was an American film producer in the 1950s and 1960s. He joined Hecht-Hill-Lancaster Productions as a producer with Harold Hecht and Burt Lancaster after working with them as co-screenwriter on His Majesty O'Keefe. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the fifth (and final) husband of Rita Hayworth from 1958 to 1987. Like Hayworth, he developed Alzheimer's disease. He died in Santa Monica, California.
