Ayub Shakhabiddinov was born in 1977. He graduated from Tashkent Institute of Arts and High courses in Moscow (Studio of S.Solovev and V.Rubinchik). The participant and the prize-winner of many international film festivals. His film “Tulip in snow” (together with Y.Tujchiev) has been presented in out-ofcontest screening in the Cannes film festival (2004). The film “Yurt” (2007) is awarded the Prize for the best male role (N.Tuljahodzhaev) at Kinoshock Festival, Gran Prix at Cinemarina (Turkey), Gran Prix at Festival of National Cinema of Uzbekistan (Tashkent), the Prize of international jury MKF “Didor” (Dushanbe). The film “Late life” became the owner of the Bronze **** of *** International Film Festival “the Gold ****”. “Parizod” became owner Gran Prix of Open Festival of Cinema of the CIS countries, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia “Kinoshock-2012”.
